Trip to the STL American Girl Doll Store

 American Girl Doll opened a new store here in St. Louis earlier this year. I wanted to wait a few months, in hopes of the crowds dying down before we went. Apparently, I didn't wait long enough. The store is small and crowded. Luckily everyone (employees and customers) were patient and friendly. The store opens at 10, and the cafe opens at 11. I was told that the cafe does not take reservations, and seating is first come, first served. We arrived at 1045, and were told that we could be seated around 2:00. Ha! A 3 hour wait?!? I don't think so! We ate in the mall food court while we waited for Zoe's hair appointment. Yes, we had to wait for that as well. Luckily, it was only a 45 minute wait. Zoe got a new shirt, so we left wih 2 happy kids and one satisfied doll.
